We had to wait until day 3 of the Inglis Premier sale but we weren’t going without this outstanding daughter of Deep Field out of stakes winning mare Military Reign.
DEEP FIELD is one of the most sought after stallions in Australasia and year after year produces some of the fastest horses in Australian and Hong Kong. He stamps his progeny and he has many stakes winning fillies including recent stars SWEET RIDE, SKY COMMAND and ISOTOPE.
MILITARY REIGN was a fast mare, winning 8 times including a Listed win and accumulated more than $565,000 in prizemoney along the way. She has produced the very promising filly Galeka who is stakes class from a much inferior stallion in Impending. There are black type winners littered throughout the page this filly will only improve it.
This filly has everything you look for in a quality filly. She was a beautifully bodied horses with a strong shoulder and a powerful hindquarter. Being an October foal she still has plenty of development left and will grow into a seriously eye catching filly by the time she hits the track.
She was purchased from Merricks Station, a proven breeding ground for outstanding fillies and a farm we love buying from.
She is Super VOBIS and BOBS eligible and will be targeting all of the big money two year old races next season including the Blue Diamond and Golden Slipper.
