By world class champion sire FASTNET ROCK, himself a two time Group 1 winner of the Lightning Stakes and Oakleigh Plate. He is the sire of 42 Group 1 winners including champion mare ATLANTIC JEWEL and up and coming stallion MERCHANT NAVY.
The colt’s dam DESSAU was super talented, winning two races as a two year old including a Listed race in Germany.
The presence and strength of this colt has to be seen to be believed. Simon rated him one of the top colts of the sale and wouldn’t have been surprised to see him sold for a 7 figure sum. He looks precocious and mature and will be set for all the major two year old races, but most certainly has the scope to train on and be at his best as a three year old.
